Registered Massage Therapist
Using a holistic model my primary goal as a manual therapist is to identify the primary cause of your dysfunction, work with you to reduce the pain, increase range of motion and improve the quality of your life through active treatment & education with a focus on prevention. Being convinced that the human body is innately capable of healing itself I act as a facilitator in the healing process. Most treatment plans focus on immediately reducing pain followed by a gradual return to normal activities of daily living.

My treatment incorporates a variety of techniques including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish Massage as well as Healing Touch. My hope is to

work with you to co-create a deep sense of well being and profound relaxation. I first set up practice in Abbotsford in 1996.

Manual Therapy is the fastest growing treatment modality now. More and more people are convinced that prescription and over-the-counter drug relief simply masks symptoms. In the case of musculoskeletal dysfunction it is vital to treat the problem. The pain or other discomfort a person feels is the physical equivalent of an illuminated warning light on your car. Very few people would cover a warning light on their cars dashboard with a piece of duct tape. I look forward to meeting and consulting with you on your wellness needs.
