Registered Massage Therapist
My approach is to listening to my clients needs, observe their body's alignment. I look at the body as a whole and try to locate the unbalanced tension and compression forces, which often is the cause of pain and decreased mobility.
With Integrated Myofascial Techniques, the theory of the Tensegrity model and the use of various other techniques, I aim to "rebalance" the fascial, visceral and muscular tensions around the bones of the body. By focusing in this way, treatments change as the body unwinds its tensions.

Clients have experienced the return of lost proprioceptive and muscular function, reducing pain and regaining their mobility. The techniques I incorporate in treatment are: myofascial release, visceral manipulation, cranio- fascial mobilization, positional release, point pressure release, deep tissue and Swedish. The techniques vary per treatment and per person, as each person is unique. Home care is given to encourage better awareness of your most optimal alignment in your daily activities.
